NMGC Girls Competitive Teams
NMGC Women's Gymnastics competes under the guidance and affiliation of USA Gymnastics and Georgia AAU Gymnastics . NMGC Men’s Gymnastics compete under the guidelines and affiliation of USA Gymnastics.
Routines are designed by USA Gymnastics and categorized by levels with USA Level 1 being the first introductory or beginner level up through USA Level 10/Elite which includes athletes competing in college or Olympic competitions. NMGC athletes compete in sanctioned NMGC and other training facilities in the surrounding areas against teams of similar levels and ages.
Note: All North Metro Teams require a Booster Club commitment which pays fees directly related to your daughter specific costs associated with competitions, and team summer camp.

USA Girls Compulsory Teams

USA Xcel Silver: 9 hours per week
USA Level 4 Team: 12 hours per week
USA Level 5 Team: 14 hours per week

USA Girls Optional Teams
Competition from January - March/April. At State Meet each spring, the optional girls have the opportunity to qualify for both Regional and National Competitions.
Levels 6 – 10: | 16-20 hours per week | Call for days & times
NMGC Boys Competitive Teams
NMGC competes under the guidance and affiliation of USA Gymnastics. Levels for both Men’s and Women’s gymnastics are determined by the governing board of USA Gymnastics.
Routines are designed by USA Gymnastics and categorized by levels with USA Level 2 being the first introductory or beginner level up through USA Level 10/Elite which includes athletes competing in college or Olympic competitions. NMGC athletes compete in sanctioned competitions held by NMGC and other training facilities in the surrounding areas against teams of similar levels and ages.
Note: All North Metro Teams require a Booster Club commitment which pays fees directly related to your sun specific costs associated with competitions, team uniforms, and team summer camp.

USA Boys Teams
Competition from January - March. At State Meet each spring, Level 6-10 boys have the opportunity to qualify for Regional and Level 9 & 10 to National Competitions.
Level 4 Team: | 12 hours per week
Level 5 Team: | 12 hours per week
Level 6-10 Team: | 16 hours per week
NMGC Developmental Teams
Boys and Girls Developmental teams are by invitation only.
Evaluations for these teams are by Instructor recommendation and conducted by Program Directors only.
Gymnasts are required to attend all regularly scheduled workouts. All developmental teams require a full year commitment.
*The developmental teams do not have any affiliation with the NMGC Booster Club.
Girls Jr. Pre-Team
Meet twice per week for 1.5 hours per day
A developmental training program which groups female gymnasts with like ages and abilities. This group works skills and dance appropriate for Pre-team the coming year and incorporates appropriate strength, stamina & flexibility training. Jr. Pre-team participates in exhibitions at NMGC events. Each child on Jr Pre-team will receive a leotard that is to be worn at all exhibitions.
Girls Pre-Team
Meet twice per week for 2 hours per day.
A developmental training program which groups female gymnasts with like ages and abilities. This group works skills and dance appropriate for NMGC AAU Level 3 while incorporates appropriate strength, stamina & flexibility training. Pre-team participates in exhibitions at NMGC events. Each child on Pre-team will receive a leotard that is to be worn at all exhibitions.
Girls Gym Stars
Meet twice per week for 2.5 hours per day.
An in-house competitive program which introduces children to competitive gymnastics. This group works on skills appropriate for USA levels 3 and 4 incorporating appropriate strength and flexibility. This group participates in competitions at NMGC and other local gymnastics facilities. Each child on Gym Stars will receive a leotard that is to be worn at all competitions. This team participates in developmental summer camp, dates TBD.
