Pre-register via iClass Parent Portal no later than Friday, the day before PNO!
We will accept walk-in & call-in registrations the day of until we reach maximum capacity
(Walk-in Cost: $35 per child).
CENTURY HOUSE PARTNERSHIP
We are excited to announce that Century House in Historic Downtown Woodstock, has partnered with NMGC for a special treat for the parents on the day of Parents Night Out events! Please pick up a “FREE DESSERT” card after checking in on the day of the event and treat yourself to a complimentary dessert with your meal at Century House.
WHERE: North Metro Gymnastics Center
AGES: 5 – 12 Years Old, NO EXCEPTIONS
WHEN: 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm on Designated Saturdays
COST: $30 for each child
FOOD: Pizza and Juices will be provided at the event
(Feel free to pack additional snacks or your own food)
EVENT WAIVERS
Waivers of Liability must be signed by the parent or legal guardian prior to the participation in the Parents Night Out events. Please provide contact information and any additional information on the waivers regarding any allergies, concerns, or pick-up information.
ONLINE SIGN-UP
Please be advised that we recommend signing up at your earliest convenience as spots do fill up quickly, and once we have reached maximum capacity your child will not be guaranteed a spot. For safety purposes we maintain a specific staff to child ratio and do not wish exceed our maximum capacity of participants. The drop off time is 6:00PM and doors are locked for the duration of the event until they are unlocked for pick-ups starting at 9:30. If you need to arrive earlier, please call NMGC at 770.384.8058 and we will assist you with an earlier pick-up.
PICK-UPS
Participants are to be picked up promptly at the designated time, in order to avoid being charged a late fee. A late fee of $25 will be charged after 15 minutes. For matters of safety, please inform staff if your children are going to be picked up by an adult other than a parent.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES
JOIN THE PARTY
For every birthday party, the NMGC Staff will provide an exiting and unique experience to all the party participants. Activities include fun games, gymnastics obstacle courses, gymnastics skills & more!
Each 1.5 hour party includes Floor Activities, Rings, Pit Bar, Trampoline and Tumble Trak. The first hour of your party is spent having fun at the gym, and the remaining thirty minutes will be spent upstairs, celebrating in the party area. Our staff will be in charge of setting up the tables, table cloths, and chairs, as well as cleaning up, We will also help serve any food and drinks that you provide.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Party times are on Saturdays at 4:00pm or 6:00pm, and Sundays at 12:00pm or 2:00pm.
Participants are required to be at least 5 years of age or older. Children under the age of 4 are not allowed on any of the equipment at any time.
THINGS TO KNOW

There is a $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve your party.

Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the event to set up decorations.

Liability waivers must be signed prior to party attendance and will be provided on the party day.

Be sure to bring cake, food, snacks, drinks and utensils.

All participants are required to be 4 years of age and older to be allowed on any equipment.

We request that all parents observe the party from the observation balcony
